The special Flexibility for swimmers that is developed in all training sessions before and after each workout.
This Plan is developed during 8 weeks
Functionals Strength is a program of natural exercises and skills with the own weight of the body of each swimmer that improves the strength and resistance for all the muscular planes that are needed for competitive Swimming.
This Plan is developed during 8 weeks
Development of general and special resistance for swimmers and muscular construction for the planes or groups of muscles of the back, chest, arms, legs, abdominals and tractions with free weight and through specialized functional strength for experienced swimmers.
This Plan lasts for 4 weeks.
Strength Development that consists of increasing the levels of training to the planes and muscle groups previously built by the development of Resistance with methods of progressive increases in weight or the intensity of repetitions.
This Plan lasts for 2 weeks.
Development of Power, as well as the development of Strength, has the characteristic of applying the objectives of competitive Swimming to physical preparation with free weight, strength functions, and thus obtaining Power for Swimming events.
This Plan lasts for 2 weeks.
Each Group can have a minimum of 2 swimmers and a maximum of 4 per session.
Costs:
Group of 4 sessions per week for 8 weeks:For 2 swimmers.
$300.00 per student.
Group of 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks:For 4 swimmers.
$250.00 per student.
Group of 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks:For 2 swimmers.
$250.00 per student.
